Tour Stop 2: The future streetscape between College Dr and 8th St includes wider sidewalks, safety enhancements for all modes, expanded landscaping and water quality treatments, and more public spaces. The City and MIG team are completing the final design and engineering; this area will be Phase 1 for construction.
Tour Stop 5: The two "flexible" blocks between 9th and 11th St, as envisioned during the conceptual (preliminary) design process. These blocks have the same general dimensions as the rest of the corridor but are unique with a flush/curbless design, higher-end finishes, and special event infrastructure.
